People of the library....

*observations of an unable-to-focus girl as she sits in the library late at night.....

-self-conscious, average guy, wearing a lime green byu shirt, subtly picking his nose and catching glimpses of the freshman girl sitting at the table across from him

-skinny blond, dressed in too-tight yoga pants and a hot pink jacket, "studying" her notes, while checking her smart phone every five two minutes

-mega nerd, slicked back hair, with two full backpacks plus a giant stack of books on his table and one in his hand;
by his smile you can tell he is obviously reading them just for fun

-accounting major, dressed to impress in a collared button-up shirt, staring intently at his laptop and vigorously filling out his 12-page study guide packet

-athlete (recognizable due to his sporting ""leisure suit", big muscles, and Adidas backpack), looking around the library with a desperate, hopeless, clueless gaze

-newlywed couple- a tired husband and his cute wifey who brought him dinner in a tupperware and is rubbing his back

-sleepyhead, falling asleep on top of his homework, drooling all over the table and occasionally snoring

-me, watching all these people and thinking about how wonderful the world is
