Carriage Rides and the Muppets

This past weekend was the bomb diggity.

Well, Friday night I had a
"you-are-starting-the-nursing-program-in-three-weeks" freak out
and went to bed early and cried myself to sleep.

But Saturday was great!

I bought my nursing scrubs, a sphigmomenometer, thermometer, otoscope, tape measure (not sure what you need that for in nursing, but whatevs), and a new planner (i'm obsessed with planners, in case you didn't know).

I also went to the copy shop to print out 11 copies of my art class final project
(note to self: check the prices of printing in color on card stock BEFORE you tell the lady to print them for you).

Then I went to the grocery store. Luckily I brought my awesome roomie Meg with me, because I was short one dollar and she saved my life.

Thank goodness, because I did NOT want to put those tortilla chips back.

Don't mess with a girl and her snacks during finals week.

Then I studied for a long while, and then me and my friends went to.....

CARRIAGE RIDES AT THE RIVERWOODS!

Besides being freezing, it was lots of fun.

I will let the following pictures tell the story.

After the carriage ride, we went back to M.E.'s and had hot chocolate, ate delicious sugar cookies, and watched.....

I'd never seen that movie before, but I love the Muppets, and I laughed really hard.

Rizzo the Rat is hilarious.

Peace out.
