Snow!

 I woke up early this morning to go to work, 

and I looked outside to see SNOW!

Being from Idaho, snow usually isn't my favorite.

(In high school I was late to school almost every day in winter because my car door would freeze shut. Sometimes I would have to climb into and out of the driver's seat from the passenger's side. It was really embarassing.)

But for some reason this morning I was so excited!

Now I have an excuse to listen to this:

so, hopefully, classes will be cancelled and 

the Wilk will start giving out free hot chocolate and doughnuts.

Also, it is my lovely sister Natalie's birthday today.

She is now a whole 15 years old.

I love her to pieces, because she makes me laugh really hard, we make music together, and she is really really good at basically everything she does.

Her birthday today means my birthday in two days, which also means I got to use my birthday money and splurge a little....

When my friend taught me how to play the ukulele over the summer 

I wanted this one SOOO bad.

I ordered it yesterday and it should be here soon! I am so flipping excited.
